57pk Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 57pk platform — including the website, mobile app or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Your acceptance of these terms forms a legally binding agreement between you and 57pk. If you are accessing 57pk on behalf of any third party, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.

These terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific conditions or promotional terms that may be published separately on the platform. In case of any conflict, the more specific document takes precedence for the relevant situation.

To use 57pk you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are registering and playing as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, group or syndicate.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction that would prevent you from gambling.

• You are the rightful owner of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds.

57pk reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification. Winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

Each individual may hold exactly one account on 57pk. Creating more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — is a serious violation of these terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 57pk will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately to have your account secured.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account to another person under any circumstances.

All deposits on 57pk are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet instant transfer
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet instant transfer
• Raast – interbank instant transfer via the State Bank network
• Bank Transfer – direct transfer from a Pakistani bank account

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 57pk wallet within seconds. Raast transfers are credited within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the processing bank.

57pk does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may have their own service charges that are entirely separate from and unrelated to 57pk.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed. Any account found to be using another person's payment method will be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as a standard fraud prevention measure.

Standard processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa withdrawals: typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• Raast withdrawals: typically processed within 1–2 hours
• Bank Transfer withdrawals: up to one business day

57pk does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of request and may vary based on your account tier or current promotional terms.

Withdrawals may be subject to identity or payment verification before being processed, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or large amounts. 57pk will notify you promptly if any additional documentation is required.

Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.

57pk offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier is stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household and per device. Sharing bonuses across multiple accounts is not permitted.
• 57pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire a promotion at any time, with or without notice. Active wagering requirements at the time of change will be honoured under the original terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 57pk and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account or assisting others in doing so
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors or pricing errors for financial gain
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Allowing a minor to access or use your account

57pk cooperates fully with law enforcement in any investigation involving illegal activity carried out through the platform.

All games offered on 57pk — including slots, live casino, fish games and sports betting markets — operate under their own specific rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before you play it.

Slot games and fish games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game providers. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes.

If your account is suspended, any pending withdrawals will be held while the investigation is ongoing. If the account is cleared, withdrawals will be processed. If a breach is confirmed, 57pk reserves the right to withhold balances connected to the breach in accordance with these terms.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact support at any time. Your real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method.

57pk provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain high availability and a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of interruptions, technical errors or data loss at all times.

57pk is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability or downtime of the platform
• Errors or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as banks or mobile wallets
• Loss or corruption of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any actions taken by a third party who gained access to your account because you shared your credentials

Our liability to you in any situation is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the issue arose. We accept no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
